Join our beautiful community at Glimmer Wellness Center to celebrate the first Anniversary of our beautiful community gathering place.
Join for one or more movement + connection workshops during the day, and stay for the super fun dance party at night!
Each workshop + the dance party is $11-$33 sliding scale for entry, or grab a day pass for everything for $111!
Jordan Sun will be offering Thai Massage from 3-6pm & visit us for Herbal Tea anytime during the open house!

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS
Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga w/ Robyn Faraone
A slow, grounding practice combining Yin Yoga with gentle acupressure along the body’s meridians. A unique way to release tension and settle your nervous system.
Dancing with Qi Qigong w/ Dr. Kat Brady
In this fun workshop we will explore how Qigong can help us to connect to, feel, and move with our Qi and how this subtle awareness can guide our bodies into ecstatic, fun, and free-form dancing. Through guided movement, self-massage, visualization, and the breath we bring these subtle energies to the surface. With the aid of music, we will let our bodies listen to and flow with the Qi to explore how Qigong can permeate every aspect of our lives and maybe discover a few new dance moves in the process.
Pleasure Practice w/ Emerald May
Join us for Rooted Pleasure Practice - an opportunity to practice listening, trusting, valuing and having the courage to voice your body's desires and learn the art of giving and receiving consensual, nourishing, and pleasure-filled touch using the wheel of consent as our guide.
