Led by Yvonne Webb, ActionCOACH, with special guest Frank Dick OBE.
Your best year doesn’t happen by accident. It starts with a plan, made before the year begins and owned by the whole team.
This afternoon brings together Glasgow business owners, founders and their senior teams to look honestly at 2026, learn from each other and build a clear plan for 2027.
Yvonne spent 25 years in senior commercial roles at Coca-Cola and Cadbury before coaching business owners. She takes the room through the same planning process she uses with her own clients. You leave with a clear start on your 2027 plan and the actions to go with it.
The afternoon closes with Frank Dick OBE, former Director of Coaching for British Athletics. Frank coached Olympic champion Daley Thompson and led British Athletics through a golden era alongside Sebastian Coe and Steve Ovett. He has since worked with sporting names including Boris Becker and Justin Rose. Frank speaks on personal bests and high-performing teams: what it takes to get the best from yourself and the people around you.

A follow-up session in mid-January will help keep your plan on track. The date will be agreed with the group on the day.
