In Intro to Heels, we’ll break down the fundamentals of moving confidently and safely in heels, from finding your balance and posture to walking, posing, and putting some serious attitude into your movement.
Whether you’re brand new to heels or just want to feel more confident wearing them, this class is about discovering how to make your shoes work for you. We’ll explore simple movements and combinations that you can take from the classroom straight to the stage—or the dance floor.
