Together, We Give Clean Water to Fiji
Before Katie Spotz rows nearly 10,000 miles across the Pacific, we're going to take the first step.
Imagine not having access to clean drinking water in your home or school. For millions of people around the world, this isn't something they have to imagine—it's everyday life.
For nearly two decades, Give Clean Water has been changing lives by providing sustainable clean drinking water solutions to communities in some of the world's most remote places.
Now, we're going back to where it all began: Fiji.
There are still remote communities in Fiji waiting for clean water. Our goal is to provide 20,000 filters—bringing clean water to approximately 100,000 people.
And we're starting here in San Diego.
Our November 14 goal: $200,000
That first $200,000 will help Give Clean Water deploy 3,000 filters, reaching approximately 15,000 people and providing the distribution, installation, and logistics needed to get these solutions where they are needed most.
Then Katie Spotz will take the next step.
In December, Katie will begin her nearly 10,000-mile row across the Pacific, with a goal of raising $1 million for Give Clean Water. Her fundraising will be part of our larger $1.2 million campaign to bring clean water to the remaining remote communities of Fiji.
Katie will row the miles. Give Clean Water will deliver the water. Together, we will change 100,000 lives.
