Free Girls' Football Sessions (Ages 12–17) and (Ages 5–11)
Join our free weekly football sessions for girls aged 12–17 and 5- 11 at Jubilee Park, Bedford. Whether you're completely new to football or already play, everyone is welcome.
Led by qualified female coaches, each one-hour session focuses on building football skills, confidence, teamwork and friendships in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. Activities include fun warm-ups, skill-based drills and small-sided games, with sessions adapted for all abilities and experience levels.
The programme also offers mentoring support through our partners, helping young people build confidence and feel comfortable taking part.
For older young women aged 17–19, there are opportunities to volunteer, develop leadership skills and explore pathways into coaching and grassroots football.
