Growing up comes with a LOT of changes—and a LOT of questions! Girl Talk is a comfortable, age-appropriate class where girls can learn about periods, puberty, hygiene, and taking care of themselves as their bodies grow and change. 💕

Every girl who attends will receive a FREE Period Pack for her bookbag so she can feel prepared when she’s at school, sports, activities, or away from home!
💙 THIS CLASS IS COMPLETELY FREE!
Our goal is simple: No girl should feel embarrassed, scared, or unprepared for her period. We want our girls to have good information, practical supplies, and the confidence to handle growing up! 🌸
👩👧 Moms, grandmas, caregivers, and trusted adults are welcome to attend with their girl!
