Girl Band is a fun, supportive music therapy group for girls ages 7–9 to build confidence, explore creativity, make new friendships, and learn tools for navigating big feelings. 💕
Each week, we'll explore:
🎤 Songwriting & group music-making
🥁 Instruments & creative expression
💬 Connection & group discussions
🌿 Breathing & self-calming strategies
🌟 Confidence-building through music
No musical experience needed! All learning styles, abilities, and neurotypes are welcome. 💛
