Gibraltar Cultural Services, on behalf of the Ministries of Culture and Tourism, is delighted to unveil the first authors confirmed for the 2026 Gibunco Gibraltar Literary Festival, taking place from 9–16 November 2026.This year’s festival promises a vibrant and thought-provoking programme, bringing together celebrated writers, historians, journalists, broadcasters, health professionals, musicians, sporting pioneers and storytellers from around the world.
The first confirmed guests include Adele Parks MBE, Dr Alastair Santhouse, Dr Ali Bahaijoub, Andy Baker, Anne Sebba, Arturo Pérez-Reverte, Callie Kazumi, Christopher Lloyd, Clover Stroud, Dr Matthew Ford, Ella McCrystal, Eliza Clark, George Bell, Jay Griffiths, Joanne Harris MBE, Khaleda Popal, Leslie Cavendish, Lord Peter Ricketts, Dr Meenal Viz, Nicola Moorby, Petroc Trelawny, Richard Garcia, Sally Baker and Sean Gilbert.
With many more authors and events still to be announced, the 2026 Gibunco Gibraltar Literary Festival is shaping up to be another unforgettable celebration of books, ideas and conversation.
