Most of the vegetables used during the workshop will come from New Leaf Co-op and Dig-In, two local shops that support sustainable and ethical food systems.
This is a practical, hands-on workshop, perfect for anyone curious about fermentation, natural foods, and traditional cooking.
No fermentation experience is required!
What to bring
Please bring:
- A hand blender (to make the kimchi paste).
- An apron if you'd like to avoid getting your clothes messy
