Get ready to move, sweat, and do some good!
Join Good Karma Wellness + Hot Yoga East Nashville for a Power Flow yoga class supporting Fit Crawl 2 End Breast Cancer.
This is a pay-what-you-can, donation-based community class, so you can give whatever feels right for you—or simply come move with us! 100% of donations will support Fit Crawl 2 End Breast Cancer.
This class will NOT be held in the hot yoga room. We’ll be practicing in Hot Yoga East Nashville’s warm room, giving you a little extra heat without the intensity of a traditional hot yoga class.
Expect a dynamic Power Flow practice combining mindful movement, breath, and strength. Whether you’re a yoga regular or trying it for the first time, all levels are welcome!

- Your own yoga mat — we’ll have a limited number of extras available if you don’t have one. Please reserve one ahead of time if needed.
- Water bottle
- An open mind + good energy
Your registration helps us plan for the class, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a donation when you arrive.

We’ll be sending confirmation emails to everyone who registers on Eventbrite. Please respond to your confirmation email by Thursday, October 1 at 10 AM to confirm that you’re still attending.
Spots are limited, and we’ll have a waitlist! If we don’t hear from you by the deadline, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. If your plans change, please let us know so we can open your spot to someone else. 🤍

Parking: There are limited spaces in front of the studio as well the surrounding side streets. The Metropolitan parking lot across the street is also available for 2 hours of free parking. The QR code is located inside the studio.
