About this Event
When customers find you, is it easy to pick you and reach you? In this small-group working session, you'll see your business the way a customer does, then fix what's in the way.
What you'll do
- Watch AI play a customer: search for what you sell, find you and two competitors, and try to book
- Audit your website and get a fix list: today, this month and hire out
- Rewrite your homepage, services and FAQ in your brand voice, and publish what you can on the spot
- Set up one-tap calling, a booking link, a tested contact form and your Google profile's Book button
No website yet? You'll leave with the full plan and copy for a one-page site, and a simple way to launch it.
Who it's for: Black Hills business owners and managers. No tech background needed. Part 1 helps but isn't required.
Bring a charged laptop and your website login. You'll get a short setup list a week before.
Includes a prompt card, a take-home kit and a 30-minute follow-up call with Mandy. Only 6 seats, in BrewBerry Bistro's private conference room in the MassaBerry Building.
Part 2 of 3 in Get More Customers with AI: Get Found and Trusted (Nov 7), Get Chosen (Dec 5) and Get Remembered (Jan 9). Series pass holders: use the code we emailed you to claim your seat.
Hosted by Mandy Froelich, Black Hills Business and Financial Services (bhbfs.com).
