About this Event

Welcome to Émilie Ritual — Gentle + Mindful Yoga


Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply craving a slower, more mindful practice, this session offers a supportive space to pause, breathe and move.


I’m Émi, a yoga and meditation teacher and former corporate strategy lead. My teaching blends accessible movement, gentle sequencing and simple meditation techniques to help you unwind from a busy day.
