About this Event
This one's for you if you're between 19 and 29 and currently in the workforce - or just about to enter it.
Let's be real - your work experience is different. You entered the workforce during a pandemic, learned to work remotely before you ever had an office job, and navigate workplace dynamics that older generations don't always get. You crave genuine human connection more than anyone realizes. And sometimes that creates friction with managers who don't understand where you're coming from.
There's a gap. And this is a space to talk through it - honestly, with people who actually get it.
What to expect:
✓ A judgment-free zone to talk about your actual work experiences
✓ Peers navigating the same challenges
✓ Real human connection - in person
✓ Free career insights and support
Come as you are. Share as much or as little as you like.
