Leather, suede, lined or puffed jackets, silk and satin cannot be embroidered. Final acceptance of all items is subject to the embroiderer’s discretion based on material, construction and suitability for embroidery. By submitting an item for embroidery, guests acknowledge that embroidery may carry a risk of damage and agree that Ashley and the embroidery vendor are not responsible for damage that may occur during the embroidery process.
