Join us for Gather & Grow, a free weekly social gardening, garden crafts, and morning tea session at the Forage community garden at the Cannery Arts Centre. Running every Thursday during school terms (sometimes even during school holidays), from 9 am – 11 am, this inclusive program is open to all members of the public looking to connect with nature and others in a relaxed, welcoming space.
The Forage community garden is comprised of geometric patterned raised wicking garden beds, worm farms, and composting, where participants can enjoy light gardening, harvesting fresh produce, creating garden crafts, or simply soaking in the garden’s beauty while chatting over morning tea.
Led by an experienced gardener, each term will also feature a special guest presenter offering workshops or talks.
