Join us for Game On for Education, a free, family-friendly community event exploring how video games, esports, and interactive technology are creating new opportunities for Chicago Public Schools students—from elementary school through high school.
We're honored to welcome Chicago Board of Education Member Carlos Rivas as a featured guest for an afternoon of conversation focused on the future of education, technology, and student success.
Throughout the event, attendees will hear short presentations from local leaders and educators highlighting how gaming is helping students develop teamwork, critical thinking, leadership, creativity, and technical skills. We'll also explore pathways into computer science, STEM education, collegiate esports scholarships, and careers in the rapidly growing gaming industry.
After the presentations, stick around to meet fellow parents, educators, students, and community leaders while enjoying free-play gaming in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
