About this Event
Gadget Lab: Saturday Weekend Club
Calling all future engineers! Mission Control needs a crew to bring the station online. In Gadget Lab, participants learn to code and build real electronics with their own Arduino kit, creating flashing beacons, light sensors, Morse-code buzzers, moving airlock arms and more. Each Saturday packs in two hands-on build sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, so every week adds new skills to the console. Over the six Saturdays, participants build toward a mission of their own design, showcased to family and friends at Launch Day on Saturday, Nov 28.
Something new this year!
We’re piloting a new, flexible way to join our clubs. Instead of committing to every Saturday up front, you can register for as many as you like, whether that’s one, a few, or all six. Every Saturday is a fresh starting point: new participants begin with a beginner-friendly build, while returning participants keep developing their projects week to week. Our instructors work through the material at each participant’s pace, so missing a week won’t hold anyone back. Participants who attend more Saturdays will simply end up with a more complete final build.
Not sure yet? Start with our Trial Day on Saturday, Oct 24 for just $25!
