► Pénteken, október 2-án 18 órától kerül sor a 9. Székelyföldi Grafikai Biennálé sepsiszentgyörgyi megnyitójára és díjátadó ünnepségére az Erdélyi Művészeti Központban.
A G9 ez alkalommal TORZULÁS címmel hirdetett pályázatot, reflektálva a kortárs világunkat meghatározó vizuális és gondolati elmozdulásokra, a valóság törékenységére, valamint a társadalmi és politikai kontextusok változásaira.
A felhívásra 1034 művész küldte el 2195 pályaművét a világ 71 országából. A kiállításon a szakmai zsűri által legjobbnak ítélt munkák tekinthetők meg. Sepsiszentgyörgyön 24 ország 129 művészének 142 alkotása lesz látható. Az eseményen sor kerül a nyertes művészek díjazására is.
Megnyitja Ferencz S. Apor, a biennálé kurátora és Túros Eszter, művészettörténész.
A kiállítás november 21-ig látogatható.

► On Friday, October 2nd, at 6 PM, the opening and award ceremony of the 9th Graphic Art Biennial of Szeklerland will be held at the Transylvanian Art Centre in Sfântu Gheorghe.
Under the title DISTORTION, G9 invited visual reflections on the visual and conceptual shifts defining our contemporary world, the fragility of human perception, and changing social and political contexts.
In response to the call, 1034 artists from 71 countries around the world submitted a total of 2195 works. The exhibition features the best works selected by the jury. In Sfantu Gheorghe, 142 works by 129 artists from 24 countries will be displayed. The event will also include an award ceremony for the winning artists.
The opening will be conducted by Ferencz S. Apor, curator of the biennial, and Eszter Túros, art historian.
The exhibition will be open to visitors until the 21st of November.

► Vineri, 2 octombrie, de la ora 18, la Centrul de Artă Transilvania din Sfântu Gheorghe vor avea loc deschiderea Expoziției G9 și ceremonia de premiere a laureaților ediției9 a Bienalei de Grafică din Ținutul Secuiesc.
Sub genericul DISTORSIUNI, G9 a lansat un apel la reflecție asupra deplasărilor vizuale și conceptuale care definesc lumea contemporană, asupra fragilității percepției umane și a schimbărilor din contextul social și politic.
1034 de artiști din 71 de țări din întreaga lume au trimis 2195 de lucrări în cadrul concursului deschis de G9. Expoziția va prezenta cele mai bune lucrări selectate de juriu. La Sfântu Gheorghe vor fi expuse 142 de lucrări realizate de 129 de artiști din 24 de țări.
Vernisajul va fi susținut de Ferencz S. Apor, curatorul bienalei, și Eszter Túros, istoric de artă.
Expoziția G9 de la Sfântu Gheorghe poate fi vizitată până la 21 noiembrie.
