You'll learn isolations, traveling steps, and expressive combos while exploring the energies of earth, air, fire, and water through intentional, magick-infused movement.Rooted in a strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics from yoga, this practice supports strength, body awareness, and personal expression. Inspired by contemporary fusion styles and structured improvisation, the format encourages creativity and connection, both with your body and your energy.

What to Bring: Water bottle and maybe a notebook.
