What does your traditional crusty bread loaf, your standard bio-washing powder, and the first antibiotic have in common?
They all wouldn't exist without fungi!
Join us on a forage around Worcester Woods Country Park with local fungi expert, Annie, from Growing Wild Worcester, to learn all about the curious world of woodland fungi.
Suitable for all ages but under 18s must be with a guardian and please wear suitable footwear!
Meeting at the entrance to the Woods by the Orchard Cafe at 10am but do feel free to come and go during the walk as you please.
Tickets are free with an optional donation that goes directly back into our charity helping to fund more educational wildlife events like this one, and more biodiversity projects improving Worcester's green spaces. Anything you can donate is really appreciated.
