The Train Challenge by Teams Glued is a 2-hour experiential event designed to test and develop real-world team dynamics. Whether you're bringing a small team for an out-of-office challenge or attending as an HR or curriculum lead looking to test-drive the format, you’ll experience how live pressure reveals communication habits, builds trust, and drives collaboration.
What is The Train Challenge?
It is a multi-layered, interactive escape challenge where teams of 3 to 4 work together against the clock:
- Virtual Reality immersion: One team member steps into VR to navigate virtual train carriages, operate interactive control panels, and report visual clues to the room.
- Tactile physical clues: The rest of the team remains in the real world, decoding physical blueprints, route maps, departure timetables, and ticket data.
- High-Pressure Collaboration: Neither side has the full picture. Success depends entirely on clear verbal communication, active listening, and rapid strategy adjustments.
