Fundraising doesn't start with an ask — it starts with a strong foundation. This 2-hour hands-on workshop is designed for Latino-led organizations that want to strengthen their structure, strategy, and systems to fundraise in an authentic and sustainable way.

As you finish the workshop, you will be able to:
- Identify whether your organization has the structural elements needed to fundraise effectively, including board governance, organizational model, and basic compliance considerations.
- Evaluate your organization's digital readiness by reviewing your website, donation pages, and giving tools.
- Apply practical donor relationship strategies rooted in trust, consistency, and mission alignment.
- Explore initial approaches to corporate sponsorship development that are appropriate for your organization's size and stage.
