Making friends, not dating!
Join us in person on the second Thursday of every month for a relaxed evening of caring, platonic connection. This is not a dating event - it's a welcoming space to connect with yourself, meet lovely local people, enjoy meaningful connection and perhaps make lasting friendships.
Together we'll gently explore boundaries, consent and respectful connection in a safe, inclusive environment. There is an optional opportunity to experience caring platonic touch, including hugs, massage and comforting connection through Embrace Therapy. Participation is always your choice - there is never any pressure to touch or be touched. A simple "yes", "no" or "not right now" is always respected.
Research shows that safe, consensual platonic touch can help reduce stress, improve mood, support better sleep and foster a greater sense of wellbeing and belonging.
As a Community Interest Company, our mission is to improve wellbeing naturally while reducing loneliness and social isolation. Places are limited, so advance booking is essential. Please only reserve a place if you genuinely intend to attend, as every ticket taken prevents someone else from joining us.
Doors open at 5.20pm and close at 5.35pm and the event finishes around 7.15pm. You'll receive a reminder email the day before the event with everything you need to know to enjoy a wonderful evening together.
