About this Event
In this month’s Full Moon Yoga & Ritual circle, we’ll gather to reflect and work with the energy of the harvest through gratitude, release, and intention.
The Harvest Moon invites us to pause and notice what has grown within us and around us over the last season. We’ll celebrate what has ripened, offer gratitude for what has sustained us, and recognize what has completed.
We’ll clear what we’re ready to leave behind through a fire ritual, then turn our attention toward what we hope to cultivate in the cycle ahead, sealing a wish into a Harvest Moon envelope to carry forward with us.
We’ll close with a grounding restorative yoga practice, allowing time for the body to rest and integrate.
