This will be a gentle, welcoming yoga practice for EVERY BODY. No yoga experience is needed—just bring your mat, an open heart, and your beautiful self.
The full moon is a natural invitation to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves us, and create space for what matters.
And this evening is about something bigger than our individual practice.
Proceeds from this fundraiser will help support people who are facing breast cancer and cannot afford their treatment.
