To step out of the constant movement of everyday life and take a moment to look back at what has grown
About this Event
🌕 FULL MOON Yin Yoga · Soundbath Meditation
The Full Moon invites us to pause.
To step out of the constant movement of everyday life and take a moment to look back at what has grown.
Like a tree that cannot see its own fruit while it is growing, we sometimes don't notice how far we have come until we consciously stop and look.
The Full Moon can be a beautiful symbolic moment to acknowledge what has unfolded — the experiences, choices, lessons, relationships, courage and small steps that have brought us here.
What have you cultivated?
What is ready to be received?
And what are you ready to leave behind?
In this evening, we create space to slow down, connect with the body and consciously reflect on the fruits of your own journey.
WHAT TO EXPECT
✨ Full Moon Arrival & Reflection
We begin by arriving in the present moment and turning our attention inward. Through gentle reflection and intention, we create space to acknowledge what has grown and what we want to carry forward.
✨ Gentle Yin Yoga
Slow, grounding Yin Yoga elements invite you to soften, release tension and become more aware of your body. Longer-held, supported stretches create space for stillness, reflection and deep relaxation.
✨ Full Moon Integration
A moment to consciously honour your own process — not only the visible results, but also everything that happened beneath the surface.
✨ Immersive Soundbath Meditation
Finally, you are invited to rest and receive during a calming Soundbath. Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments create a spacious atmosphere for deep relaxation, integration and simply being.
THE FOCUS
Reflection · Gratitude · Receiving · Release · Inner Balance · New Space
The Full Moon reminds us that growth doesn't always look dramatic.
Sometimes it is the courage to keep going.
Sometimes it is a new boundary.
Sometimes it is choosing yourself.
Sometimes it is simply realizing that you are no longer where you once were.
This evening is an invitation to harvest your own metaphorical fruits — to acknowledge what you have grown, receive what is ready to be received, and gently let go of what no longer needs to come with you.
You don't have to arrive with a clear intention.
Just bring yourself, your breath and whatever is present for you.
No previous Yin Yoga or Soundbath experience needed.
Come as you are.
