John Gabaldon urban shaman and another person will perform a "sound bath" bringing sounds of a crystal harp crystal bowls hand pan drum Tibetan bowls mouth harp crystal harp drums gong and many other instruments creating a sound healing session with some light breathwork and meditation to start off the evening for the full moon with some cacao.
One other sound healer will be playing instruments too including gong, crystal bowls ocean drum and other instruments.
This will be held INDOORS at the historic and famous Shumei Center (a 1920's Hollywood estate that Joan Didion lived in) located near Runyon Canon.
BRING: mat blankets/pillow cover and water. All tickets must be purchased in advance! Thank you.
PARKING: There is a small parking lot at the estate of SHUMEI on the side and street parking is on Franklin between Vista and Camino Palmero as well as on Camino Palmero and on Hollywood Blvd (then walk up a block to Franklin)
