Full Moon Sound Bath & Release Ceremony 🌕with Noella
November 23rd 6:30 PM Energy Exchange: $33
Let go of what no longer serves you and create space for what is ready to bloom.
The Full Moon invites us into a sacred moment of reflection, release, and renewal. A time to honor the cycles of life, surrender what we have outgrown, and reconnect with the wisdom within.
Join Noella MonAmour for a deeply restorative Full Moon Sound Bath & Release Ceremony, where we will gather in sacred community to release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and return to a place of inner balance.
Through intentional breathwork, guided meditation, ceremonial release, and the healing vibrations of sacred instruments, you will be invited to soften into stillness and surrender to the present moment.
🌕 What to Expect:
- Full Moon Release Ceremony – Reflect on what you’re ready to surrender and symbolically release old patterns, fears, and limiting beliefs.
- Guided Meditation & Breathwork – Calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and create space for transformation.
- Immersive Sound Bath – Rest deeply as soothing vibrations invite relaxation, energetic balance, and inner harmony.
- Intention Setting –Consciously welcome the next chapter of your journey.
This ceremony is an invitation to release without resistance, rest without guilt, and remember that transformation doesn’t always require doing more. Sometimes, it begins with simply letting go.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
All levels of experience are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
Space is limited. Reserve your place in our sacred temple.
