The September Moon reached her fullest on Saturday, and when we gather on Monday 28th, she'll still be glowing full and golden overhead.
We're right on the turn of the season. The equinox has just passed, day and night briefly in balance, and the light is beginning its slow bow toward autumn. It's a natural moment to pause and ask: what have I grown this year, and what am I ready to gather in?
You'll be welcomed in with a Grounding tea, hand-blended for the evening by Maya from Nourished, London, just what's needed for those who feel scattered by the season's turning and want to come home to the body.
Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillows and cushions to settle into for the evening (this keeps the ticket price lower, so bring everything you need to get comfortable).
We'll open gently, taking a moment to arrive and settle, before the sound begins its slow, unwinding work.
Crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes, and a gentle gong (truly gentle, think tide, not thunder) will move through the room and through you, easing your nervous system into a stillness that only a Full Moon seems to give permission for.
Before you leave, you're welcome to draw from our Moon or Oracle cards if you'd like. A word or image to carry with you as the light turns inward. What are you ready to gather in? What are you ready to let fall away?
Come as you are. Wear something soft, and bring what you need to be comfortable. Let the Moon, and the season, do the rest.
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to a friend. If life gets in the way, simply pass your place on.

Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first or third trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.
