A 90 Minute Journey to Release, Receive, and Reset
Honor the energy of the full moon- a time to celebrate growing intentions and harvest abundance- with a deeply restorative, somatic journey designed to calm your nervous system and restore balance.
We begin with intentional breathwork (pranayama) and gentle somatic movement to release stored physical tension, free up blocked energy, and prepare the body for deep rest. You will then settle into fully supported, prop-heavy restorative yoga shapes - featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, bells, seed shakers, and a Fram drum - combs through lingering stress at a cellular level.
This immersive vibrational therapy offers a meditative sanctuary to reflect, quiet the mind, and cultivate presence, leaving you refreshed and ready to re-enter the world with clarity and renewed perspective.
