Join Theresa and Heather for a peaceful Sunday morning of relaxation, healing, and restoration at Practical Magick.Theresa will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, and fairy chimes, creating a soothing soundscape to quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage a meditative theta state.
Throughout the experience, Heather will offer individualized Reiki energy healing to each participant, bringing an additional layer of comfort, connection, and restoration.
Together, we are creating a warm, welcoming space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.
Come cozy! Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow so you can get comfortable and fully enjoy your Sunday morning experience.
