The Full Moon illuminates what has been hidden, bringing emotions, patterns, truths, and unfinished chapters into our awareness. When the moon reaches its fullest expression, we are invited to see clearly, release what has reached completion, and create space for what comes next.
This October Full Moon arrives in Taurus, bringing our attention toward grounding, stability, self-worth, security, and the places in our lives where we are being asked to return to what truly matters.
And this Full Moon carries another powerful layer: Mercury has just turned retrograde in Scorpio.
With Mercury retrograde moving through the deep waters of Scorpio, we will turn inward.
Together, the Full Moon and Mercury Retrograde create a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, clear old energy, and reconnect with your inner voice.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, guided meditation, ritual, and sound healing, we will work with this energy to reflect, release, realign, and return to ourselves.
