Full Moon Paddle & Meditation will help you release what no longer serves you, so you can lean into your future with confidence, purpose, and trust in yourself. Full Moons are illuminating and bring a lot of energy, the moonlight also relieves anxiety and stress and improves relaxation by prompting the natural release of melatonin. Full Moon meditation helps focus energy around the moon to help reveal and release old blocks and patterns you may have, and help you manifest your true desires. Allow yourself to expand into who you might be, into the vast potential of your being. Join us as we Paddle Into Peace under the Full Moon.
