🌕 Outdoor Full Moon Sound Healing - Release, Restore & Realign ✨Under the Full Moon, surrounded by nature, reconnect with yourself and the healing power of sound. 🌿🌕
Join us for a beautiful outdoor Full Moon Sound Healing experience, where the fresh air, open sky and natural surroundings create the perfect setting to slow down, become still and let go.
The Full Moon is traditionally a time of reflection, release and transformation - an opportunity to acknowledge how far you've come, give gratitude for your journey and release anything that no longer serves you.
We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation, inviting you to turn inward, connect with your intuition and set your intentions for what you're ready to release.
Then lie back, relax and surrender to the powerful vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, didgeridoos and other beautiful instruments, allowing the sounds to wash over you and guide you into deep relaxation.
✨ Release stress, tension and emotional heaviness
✨ Calm your mind and support your nervous system
✨ Feel grounded and connected to nature
✨ Create space for clarity, balance and renewal
✨ Reconnect with your inner wisdom and intentions
There's something truly magical about experiencing sound healing outdoors beneath the Full Moon. The connection to the earth, the evening air and the vibrations of live instruments creates a beautiful opportunity to pause and simply BE.
🌕 Release what no longer serves you. Give gratitude for what has been. Make space for what is yet to come.
🤍 No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.
Come as you are, leave feeling lighter, calmer and renewed. ✨
