You're invited to a Full Moon circle at beautiful Wash Park, to welcome in the Full Harvest Moon.About this Event
Sarah, Reiki level 3 practitioner and Yoga instructor, invites you to come welcome the Harvest Full Moon on Sunday, September 27th at Wash Park.
You'll start by moving through a meditation and gentle Yoga flow, that has been specially curated to align with the aspects of this Full Moon. You'll get to learn a little more about this Full Moon and have an opportunity to journal about your intentions and release what no longer serves you. The experience will end with Reiki and optional hands-on gentle massage.
You can expect to leave feeling replenished, aligned, balanced and ready for this new beautiful season of Autumn, ahead.
