Let guided meditation bring you into stillness before moving into Pilates Dance with the joyful Carla!... an uplifting experience to awaken your body and celebrate through movement.
Together, we will close with a Mooncharge H2O water ritual, honoring the full moon as a moment to release what no longer serves us and welcome fresh and prosperous energy.
