Full Moon Cacao Ceremony
We will work with the medicine of cacao and the energy of the full moon to dive into the depths of your being and connect with your inner critic, who tends to judge and critique you. This part of self tends to "help" by showing you where you need to improve and how you could be doing better, but it can also leave you second-guessing your worth and decisions. We will lovingly put a spotlight on this part, and begin to heal the hurts of not being enough. This helps you to soften your inner critic and let go of judgment.
With the medicine of Cacao, we will open the heart and access deeper pools of wisdom and compassion. This will help you step out of ceremony with more access to love and a deeper connection to the different parts of you. That way, when your inner critic comes to play, you know how to navigate that interaction with care instead of accepting or rejecting what it has to say.
Throughout this journey, you will receive energy clearing through various techniques such as intuitive energy clearing, prayer, and sound healing. Sound healing consists of healing chants and singing, crystal sound bowls, shamanic drumming, chimes, and more. This will assist in the release of energy that is connected to the inner critic and realign your energy field to the frequency of LOVE.
