About this Event
Indulge in the craft of artisanal chocolate fudge - rich, velvety, and melt-in-your-mouth.
In this immersive hands-on class, you’ll learn the professional techniques and secrets behind perfect fudge every time. Guided by our instructor, explore ingredient chemistry, temperature precision, and creative flavour pairings that transform simple ingredients into luxurious confections.
This workshop blends the science and artistry of confectionery to help you create smooth, glossy fudge with the ideal balance of sweetness and texture. You’ll learn how to handle chocolate properly, master the “soft-ball” sugar stage, and achieve that signature creamy finish without graininess.
Throughout the session, you’ll discover how to troubleshoot common candy-making challenges, experiment with flavour variations, and gain packaging and presentation tips worthy of a boutique chocolatier. Each participant will make their own small-batch fudge to take home - beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy or gift.
