About this Event
Over the course of two hours, you will learn the art of sigil-making, and have the opportunity to activate a sigil of your own creation by harnessing the energy of October's Hunter's Moon.
What is a sigil?
A sigil can be considered a tangible intention.
It is a symbol created to serve a dedicated purpose, and encompasses an intention or desire in a visual representation in order to focus the subconscious mind and increase clarity. Throughout the course of this workshop we will rely on a seamless blend of introspection, reflection, as well as discussion within an intimate, like-minded group of counterparts, and play with the sense of scent in order to heighten focus and intentionality.
You will walk away with a sigil (or two!) of your own design, a takeaway to support you in crafting future sigils, as well as the Full Moon Kit from Apothkea that includes your candle, body oil and room mist to use in your rituals (store value $111).
We will start in Apotheka's shop space, working together to learn the art of sigil making. The initial work will be collaborative and inclusive, meaning there will be space to ask questions, share thoughts and approach the art in a way that best suits your unique preferences.
From there, we will make our way over to the cocoon to shift into a more introspective space, working with the full moon's energy in order to activate our sigils and the intentions contained within them.
This workshop will be hosted by Meghan Campbell (she/her), a certified coach and intuitive Tarot practitioner, who has been an avid reader for nearly two decades.
What began as an endeavour of self-reflection has evolved into a committed practice, in which she weaves coaching and crafting and reading seamlessly together, always prioritizing the ask versus the tell.
