Celebrate Native American Heritage Month at Frybread Fest! We are so excited to be bringing FRYBREAD FEST back for a third year! Join us at Director Park in Downtown Portland to celebrate Native American Heritage Month on Saturday, November 7, 2026 (11 AM – 7 PM) for a free, family-friendly celebration of Native food, music, and culture.
Enjoy performances by Wen'ípt, an Indigenous-led Contemporary Jazz Combo, the powerful Turquoise Pride Drummers, and cultural demos like hide tanning, basket weaving, and salmon processing!
Experience the opportunity to shop from 30 local indigenous artists, meet Miss Indian Northwest, try frybread from more than 5 different vendors, and celebrate our vibrant Portland Native community together.
Last year, over 8,000 people gathered downtown for this joyful event — come be part of the celebration this year!
