About this Event

A Special Workshop for Teens & the Loved Ones in Their Lives 🌸

Dear mums, grandmothers, aunties, guardians & teens,

A special workshop for teens and the loved ones in their lives, ready to learn — and connect — together.

Good health starts with understanding the basics — and there's no better way to learn than side by side with the people you love most.

This workshop is a warm, easy-to-follow introduction to nutrition, designed especially for teens and the women who support them. Together, you'll explore the simple pillars of good health in a way that's practical, relatable, and genuinely fun to learn.

Beyond nutrition, we'll also take a moment to slow down and connect — through a gentle connection exercise, meditation, and a closing sound healing, giving teens and their loved ones a peaceful, shared moment together.

In this session, you'll discover:
  • The basics of nutrition — what your body needs and why
  • The key pillars of good health, explained simply
  • Simple daily habits that support energy, focus, and mood
  • Practical tips teens can actually use — at school, at home, and on the go

This isn't about rules or restriction. It's about building real understanding and confidence, so teens can make informed choices about their own health — with a loved one right there, learning alongside them.

🧘 Connection, Meditation & Sound Healing

To close our time together, we'll pause for a gentle connection exercise between teens and their loved ones, followed by a short meditation and soothing sound healing — a lovely way to relax, reset, and simply be present with each other.

☕ A Little Extra Nourishment

Organic tea and snacks will be shared during and after the workshop, so feel free to stay a little longer and chat once we close.

What to Bring:
  • A bottle of water
  • A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on
  • A notebook and pen (optional, for notes)
  • An open mind and curiosity to learn!

🌸 About the Facilitator

Fernanda is a Dietitian trained in Brazil, a Nutritionist in Australia, and is currently studying Naturopathy. She's also a Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator, passionate about making health and connection simple, practical, and meaningful for teens and the women who support them.

✨ Come along, learn together, and leave feeling nourished — in every sense of the word.

I think this now feels much more cohesive — “loved ones” in the title, while the body makes it clear that you’re particularly welcoming the women who nurture and support the teens.
