This Halloween, while the world outside is busy, noisy and demanding your attention, we’re creating something a little different.
An evening to step away from it all, reconnect with your body, rediscover your joy and be deeply nurtured.
AN EXPERIENCE FOR BODY, MIND & SOUL
We’ll begin with an immersive somatic movement journey, guided by music, rhythm and the freedom to move in ways that feel natural to you.
Through grounding movement, expressive rhythms and playful exploration, you’ll be invited to shake off the seriousness of everyday life, explore what your body wants to express and reconnect with that wonderfully uninhibited part of yourself.
The part that doesn’t need to get anything right.
That doesn’t need to look a certain way.
That remembers how good it feels to move, laugh, play and feel alive.
There’s no choreography, no performing and no expectation to move in any particular way. Just gentle guidance, good music and space to explore at your own pace.
And then, from expression into surrender…
As the movement slows and the energy settles, we’ll invite you to make yourself comfortable, cocooned in soft blankets and pillows, for a deeply restorative sound journey.
Let the soothing resonance of singing bowls wash over you as you settle into stillness.
Nothing to organise. Nobody needing anything from you.
For once, you’re the one being cared for.
Our hope is that you’ll leave feeling lighter, more connected, deeply rested and perhaps a little more in love with being you.
