From Feedback to Action
Join us for the next Middlesbrough Youth Mutual Partnership Gathering.
This session will build directly on the feedback partners shared at our July gathering. Partners told us what is working well, where they want more focus, and what organisations could contribute to the next stage of the partnership.
The October 2026 gathering will take those themes further by exploring what they mean in practice, where collective attention should be focused and what practical action could come next.
What the session will include:
• A short look back at what partners told us in July
• Interactive Menti activities to refine priorities and practical next steps
• Youth Voice activity focused on what is going well and what young people want to develop next
• A short update on key developments since the previous gathering
• 4 to 5 Partner Spotlights from organisations across the local youth sector
• Opportunities to identify what organisations can contribute
• 30 minutes of dedicated networking and connection building
From Feedback to Priorities
In July, partners highlighted recurring themes including collaboration and joint working, communication and visibility, Youth Voice and participation, training and shared learning, clearer actions and follow-up, and opportunities for young people.
We will use interactive Menti activities to explore these themes in more detail, understand what partners want them to look like in practice and identify practical priorities for the next stage of the partnership.
Please bring a mobile phone or other internet-enabled device if you are able to.
Youth Voice
Morgan Gill will provide an update on Youth Voice activity, with Youth Forum involvement currently being explored.
The session will cover what is going well, what young people are working on, what they want to develop next, and where organisations across the partnership may be able to contribute or provide support.
Who should attend
The gathering is open to organisations, practitioners and partners involved in supporting children, young people and families across Middlesbrough.
You do not need to have attended a previous MYM Partnership Gathering to take part.

We will use registration information to manage attendance and event communications. We may take photographs during the event. Please speak to the event host on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.
