Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host our second annual Friendsgiving Soup Swap & Open House on Sunday afternoon, November 15, from 2-4p.This special event celebrates Sunni's ownership-iversary (4 whole years!!), Essential's status as a staple in the Springfield yoga community for the past 20 years, and our sweet little yoga home and community too.
New to Essential or curious about our yoga home? Join us! This event is open to all - new, current, long-time, and prospective students and Essential fans alike!
Feel welcome to bring your favorite soup, bread, or side dish to share (write out your ingredients to support our allergenic friends!) or just come and eat with us - no pressure or expectations.
If you choose to bring food to share, make sure you grab serving utensils too. Soup bowls, plates, mugs and glasses, and silverware will be provided.
This event is free for all. I can't wait to celebrate with you!
