Bring your mat to lay on - or chair if you’d prefer, pillow and blanket to be cosy…it’s going to start getting cooler so don’t underestimate this.
You may wish to bring your drink and if you journal, please feel free to bring that too.
No previous experience needed, just come pause, rest and let your body restore to the sounds of the gongs, bowls and other instruments.
This is a safe space to come as you and I will look after you as we journey together.
