Meditation meets Ecstatic Dance meets Electronic Music.
Every Friday evening we come together for a cozy & meditative dance session at b23 to shake off the tensions of every-day life & connect with our bodies in a mindful & playful way. We start in a circle, enter into our bodies, move through a carefully curated journey of electronic music, and arrive back in silence. No phones, no talking, just us and our bodies moving, feeling, releasing, connecting. Tickets are limited to ensure sufficient space for everyone.
Every body is welcome and no prior dance experience needed. Make sure to wear or bring comfy clothing and your water bottle.

About the facilitator
is a certified meditation teacher, a DJ and the co-founder of b23. Over the years he deepened his practice through retreats and through his time learning from a Yogi in an Indian ashram. The essence of his work are his own daily practice and his deep curiosity to explore the many ways we can connect with ourselves and others in the present moment. His teaching approach can be described as simple, holistic, playful & heart-centered.
About the sub-facilitator
has a background in dance, choreography and psychology (M.Sc.) and is currently completing training as a psychological psychotherapist in Berlin. Her work is informed by a long-standing connection to electronic music and club culture as a lived and formative context. After completing her education in dance and choreography, she has worked across different artistic and educational contexts.
Since 2014, she has been teaching dance classes and workshops, combining contemporary dance techniques with improvisation and movement-based practices.
At b23, Patricia hosts the Friday Shake Off & Tuesday Rave Off when Malte isn't around and occasionally DJs at the Tuesday Rave Off.
