Through open discussions, personal testimonies, and real life demonstrations & exercises we'll explore the challenges faced by women, children, & other marginalized individuals within this resourceful support group and advocate for our community's safety. Info: Stretch /warm-up, intro to self-defense, situational awareness, and verbal boundary exercises.

Self Defense Fundamentals Training
Info: Intro to the fundamentals of self defense including understanding the weapons of the body, how to use these weapons, hands-on scenario training including strikes, kicks, footwork, and other self-defense techniques. (may vary based on instructor)
