Friday Night RESET is a 45-minute Himalayan Salt Cave meditation and sound bath experience in Bogota, NJ, created to help you step away from the noise of the week, slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before the weekend begins.
Settle into a zero-gravity chair inside Saltscape’s Himalayan Salt Cave while the soft glow of the salt walls creates a peaceful environment for rest and reflection.
Your experience combines a 45-minute salt cave session — normally $44 on its own — with guided meditation, intention setting, Tibetan singing bowls, and gentle drumming.
There’s nothing you need to know or do beforehand. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself 45 minutes where you don’t have to be anywhere else or take care of anything else.
