Welcome to French Bulldog Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Toronto. This is one hour of beginner-friendly yoga shared with a small crew of French Bulldog puppies who have absolutely no concept of personal space and zero apologies about it.
Frenchies are compact, bat-eared, and deeply convinced that whatever you're doing, they should be involved. Expect snoring, zoomies, and at least one puppy sitting directly on your face during child's pose.
Here's how the hour breaks down:
-35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
-20 minutes of connection and cuddle time
-5 minutes of sharing circle
Why people keep coming back
Puppy yoga in Toronto does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, settles against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. With French Bulldogs, you also get the bonus of a small snorting creature reminding you that life is short and naps are underrated.
A note on French Bulldog puppies
French Bulldogs are affectionate, social, and hilariously confident for their size. They love being near people and tend to seek out laps, shoulders, and any warm surface they can claim. They're not big barkers, but they are big personalities. You will leave with fur on your clothes and a story worth telling.
Kids are welcome at this one. Ages 5 and up can join, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian in the room who also participates. Adults are responsible for helping younger kids move gently and handle the puppies with care.
Mats provided. No experience needed. Just show up, breathe, and let a French Bulldog reorganize your priorities for an hour.
