About this Event
Join us for an intimate evening of reiki, a sound bath, a manifestation practice, oracle reading, and deep conversation as we tune into the energy of the 11/11 portal and get clear on what we’re ready to call into our lives.
This session is centered on intentional manifestation. We’ll name what we’re calling in, release what’s in the way, and step into the version of ourselves who’s already living it.
What is Freequency?
Freequency is an experience where sound and energy come together to raise your vibration.
It starts with the music. Music moves us like nothing else. One song can carry you back to a memory, crack your heart open, or shift your whole mood in a few notes. That’s why every Freequency has its own playlist, curated by me for that night’s energy. Expect a journey across genres, not typical meditation music: soulful, ambient, R&B, hip-hop, electronic, indie, folk, and everything in between.
While the music plays, you receive reiki. Sol and her students offer hands-on reiki, universal life energy that supports healing on every level: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Paired with the playlist, it helps you drop in, open up, and clear energy that no longer serves you.
Then we move into the sound bath. With your energy cleared, Sol guides you into a sound bath where the tones and vibrations of the bowls ripple through the room and through your body. It’s a deeper, more subtle layer of sound that carries you into stillness and helps bring your energy back into alignment.
You’ll simply lie back on a mat or blankets and receive.
What to expect
- We’ll open by talking about the energy of the 11/11 portal and grounding into the space
- Intentional manifestation: a guided practice to get clear on what you’re calling in and make space to receive it
- You’ll receive hands-on reiki from Sol and her reiki students while listening to the curated playlist, clearing energy that no longer serves you
- Then you’ll sink into the sound bath to align your energy.
- You'll receive an oracle card
- We’ll close with reflection, journaling, and deep conversation :)
The significance of 11/11
In numerology, 11 is a master number tied to intuition, awakening, and alignment with your higher self. On 11/11 that energy doubles, and many see the day as a portal: a moment when the veil feels thinner, synchronicities feel louder, and the intentions you set carry extra power.
It’s an invitation to pause, get honest about what you’re ready to leave behind, and consciously choose the life you’re stepping into. Whatever you plant on this day is meant to be planted with intention.

What to bring
A yoga mat and/or blanket(s), plus a pillow for extra comfort. Feel free to bring your journal. Paper and pens will be provided for the manifestation practice.
